Customers must follow the handling, packaging, labeling, access, and safety instructions provided by Med Waste LA. Customers should not place prohibited or incorrectly identified materials in collection containers.
Prices and Payments
Prices may be provided through a quote, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication. Payments must be made by the due date shown on the invoice or agreement. Customers are responsible for entering the correct invoice number and payment amount.
Square Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Square. By using the Pay Now link, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Square to process the amount you enter. Square’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment transaction. Med Waste LA does not store complete payment-card numbers on this website.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund decisions will follow the terms shown in the customer’s quote, invoice, or service agreement. If those documents do not provide specific terms, please contact Med Waste LA. Requests will be reviewed based on the work already completed, costs already incurred, and applicable law.
